    Accelerated Analytics is the provider of choice for retail Point of Sale (POS) data.  We have been collecting, analyzing, and reporting on POS and EDI 852 data for some of the biggest brands in DIY, Home & Hardware, not to mention Beauty, Consumer Products, and Fashion, since 2003.  Our team includes project managers, engineers, and business analysts with a passion for retail and a knack  for numbers.  And our dynamic sales, creative and administrative staff help keep us inspired and our business moving forward. 

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of large client accounts. This management includes:

    • The effective ongoing facilitation of the client relationships, identifying opportunities to maximize product/service offerings and further develop business
    • Collaboration with the internal Project Manager(s), Business Analysts, and Client Services Director to establish and monitor budgets, track objectives, anticipate and meet client needs, and secure necessary resources
    • Participation in and communication with project teams regarding client accounts
    • Representation of the client account to internal staff, promoting development opportunities and growth
    • Minimization of risk areas and potential exposure with programs
    • Enhancement of account performance by aggressively identifying opportunity to provide excellent service  and client satisfaction
    • Creation, maintenance, and execution of a strategic plan for each account

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have:

     

    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
    • Three years of notable experience in program/account management, with a technology solutions organization
    • High level of proficiency  with Microsoft Office  products
    • Solid accomplishments in previous account management; preferably in the beauty or DIY space
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability and passion to establish and sustain positive/effective relationships
